Do I need any prior experience to join?
Not at all! Our classes are designed to be inclusive and beginner-friendly. Our instructors will guide you through every step to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
What should I bring to class?
We recommend bringing a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and grip socks (required for safety). Don’t worry if you don’t have grip socks—we have them available for purchase.
Also, if you have any medical conditions such as asthma, don't forget to bring an inhaler :)
Do you offer membership options?
Yes! We offer flexible membership plans as well as day passes. Explore our packages to find what works best for you.
What are the health benefits of trampoline workouts?

Can I book a private session or host a group event?

I love the studio space, can I rent it?
